Our Shipping & Handling Policy

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

The minimum shipping/handling fee is $5.00. Your shipping charges will be displayed on the Paypal screen upon checkout.

 

We currently ship orders only 1-3 times a week based on the staff availability. Your order should arrive within a week from the day your payment is received. If you have not received your order within 1 week of the shipping notifiation please email orders@ujamfitness.com.

 

 

Our Return Policy

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please promptly return it within ten (10) days. Any merchandise returned after 10 days will not be accepted.

 

All items must be in resellable condition. Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned.

 

Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

 

Our Exchange Policy

 

Exchange can only be for the same item(s) at this time.

 

Please include an additonal $8 check to cover the restocking, handling and re-shipping costs for your exchange.  All checks should be made payable to U-JAM Fitness.

 

U-JAM Fitness reserves the right to refuse any exchanges not meeting any or all of these requirements.

 

 

4 Simple Steps to Return/Exchange your Item

 

1. Download the U-Jam Merchandise Return Form. Returns will be refused if this form is not included in the return or exchange.

 

2. Please specify on the form if you wish to return or exchange each item.

 

3. Package the item(s) you wish to return using our re-sealable envelope and include a check payable to U-Jam Fitness based on the instructions above.

 

4. Ship it back to us to the address on the return form. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that has a tracking option, such as UPS or USPS, for your return.  U-JAM Fitness is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

 

Once the item is received we will send out a replacement in our next set of shipments.
